Please note that this policy applies to all information- tangible and intangible that is associated with KVS NCR. By agreeing to use KVS NCR mobile and web application and services if any, you AGREE to this policy.

   • The information you share: Information is collected as and how you use our KVS NCR mobile and web application and services if any, right from when you may sign up for a KVS NCR account and do other activities on KVS NCR website and/or mobile applications (KVS NCR Digital Resources). We also take note of the types of content you view or engage with or the frequency and time duration of your activities on KVS NCR Digital Resources.
   • Your connections: Information about people and groups you are connected to through your network and how you interact with them is collected by us, for example: the contact information you provide if you upload, or import or sync this information from a device like through your phonebook/address book.
   • Device information: We collect information from and about the computer systems, phones, or other devices wherever you have installed or access the KVS NCR Digital Resources and services if any, depending on the permissions you've granted.
   • Payments made: If you engage in any financial transactions through KVS NCR Digital Resources we collect the necessary information about the transaction- like your credit or debit card number and other card information, and other authentication information, as well as billing, shipping and contact Details, just for enabling ease in future transactions.

3. Management and deletion of information yourself: Your KVS NCR account can be deleted any time by you. We assure we shall delete all things you have posted, such as your wishes, photos, taglines updates and such likes.
4. Change in Policy: KVS NCR reserves the right to change its policies as when it deems suitable without prior notification to any person, group or organisation.

Please note that KVS NCR values you the most and understands that your privacy is extremely important to you. You can read and understand KVS NCR's Data Policy and Cookie Policy for more information.

Sharing of your Content and Information : Firstly, with respect to all content shared by users on KVS NCR Digital Resources, the ownership of it remains with them unless otherwise stated at the time of posting. However, it may be deemed to be free for usage by KVS NCR for its activities.

IP License : Intellectual property rights, with regards to photos and videos that users share, shall be subject to their privacy and application settings(IP content). It shall be considered for all legal purposes that users have granted KVS NCR a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP content that the users have posted on or in connection to KVS NCR (IP License). This IP License ends when the user deletes the IP content or the KVS NCR account unless the content has been shared with others, and they have not deleted it. However, it may exist when the user or KVS NCR takes a backup for lost information.

Feedback : KVS NCR appreciates any and all User feedback and shall use it for its processes without any obligation to compensate Users.

Public Sharing : When users publish content or information with the Public, it is deemed that they are allowing everyone, including people connected with KVS NCR, to view, read and use that information, and also for the information to be associated with the respective users (i.e. Username and profile picture).

Miscellaneous: KVS NCR shall use whatever information it has asked from its Users in any social platform to share with the public without compromising on its IP License.

Registration /Account Security: KVS NCR expects its users to provide their real names. Here are some commitments that a user should make to KVS NCR relating to registering and maintaining the security of their account: Users will NOT: Provide any false personal information on KVS NCR, or create an account for anyone other than themselves without permission. Share their password (or in the case of developers, your secret key), or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of their KVS NCR account. Share incorrect or outdated contact information. Use your wishes primarily for your own commercial gain, and use a KVS NCR Nest or KVS NCR account for such purposes. Create more than one personal account. Even in case of KVS NCR disabling their account. Use KVS NCR if user is under 13 years of age or if user is a convicted sex offender or criminal under law. If you select an inappropriate username, KVS NCR reserves the right to remove or reclaim it, if needed.

Safety : Although KVS NCR promises to do its best to ensure User safety, however it is subject to various limitations and to overcome these limitations, KVS NCR needs User support in the form the following commitments: Users shall NOT: Bully, intimidate, or harass any user. Upload viruses or other malicious codes on KVS NCR Digital Resources. Post content that is: a hate speech, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence. Solicit other users' login information or discreetly access an account belonging to someone else. Post unauthorized commercial communications (Spam-like) on KVS NCR Digital Resources. Collect users' content or information, or otherwise access KVS NCR Digital Resources, using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers) without KVS NCR's prior permission. Engage in unlawful multi-level marketing, such as a pyramid scheme, or illegal businesses on KVS NCR Digital Resources. Use the KVS NCR platform to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory. Facilitate or encourage any violations of this Statement or our policies.

Payments : If you make a payment on KVS NCR Digital Resources, you agree to our Payment terms unless it is stated that other terms apply.

Mobile and Other Devices: KVS NCR currently provides its mobile services for free, but please note that a user's service carrier's normal rates and fees, such as text messaging and data charges, still apply, irrespectively. In the event a user changes or deactivates the registered mobile telephone number, a user should update account information on KVS NCR Digital Resources within 48 hours to ensure safety. You provide consent and all rights necessary to enable users to sync (including through an application) their devices with any information that is visible to them on KVS NCR Digital Resources.

About Advertisements and Other Commercial Content delivered by KVS NCR : KVS NCR aims to deliver relevant advertising and other commercial or sponsored content that is valuable to its users and advertisers. For successful implementation of this aim, the users should agree to the following: Give permission to KVS NCR to use their name, profile picture, content, and information in connection with commercial, sponsored, or related content (such as a brand you like) served or enhanced by us. Please note: KVS NCR shall not give its content or information to advertisers without the users' prior consent.

Disputes: The users of KVS NCR Digital Resources are expected to help KVS NCR resolve any kind of dispute and to support KVS NCR at all times.

Glossary: If it is found or discovered that users are violating or have violated the letter or the spirit of this Statement, or otherwise, it creates a risk or possible legal exposure for KVS NCR, KVS NCR holds the ultimate right to deactivate your user account without notification

Updation Any changes made or updation of this statement shall be done at the sole discretion of KVS NCR without obtaining any prior consent whatsoever. It shall be deemed that all KVS NCR users have agreed to the terms as and when they access the services provided by KVS NCR.

Special Provisions Applicable to Developers: If you are a developer you must comply with the KVS NCR plugin platform. Please update this to KVS NCR.
